The mixing of genres and blend of the experimental and traditional is at the core of producer, songwriter and vocalist, Derin Young's unique sound and vibe. As both a vocalist, working with numerous musicians including, Lenny Kravitz, rock band, Living Colour and French rapper MC Solaar, and also as leader of her own ensembles, Derin Young has forged a world of musical expression and freedom. Derin is a native New Yorker -- raised in Brooklyn launching DERIN YOUNG / Science and Ritual, an afro-soul project evolved into performance and recording projects with guest musicians under the concept name, "dei 7". Young has performed in Europe, Indian Ocean, Japan, and the U.S. at venues including, the Joseph Papp Public Theater, the MGM Grand, the Apple Store, Nicole Miller, Lowe Museum of Art, Historic Lyric Theater and Miami Museum of Science & Planetarium among others.

Raffa Jo Harris is a jewel of the Miami music scene. The Miami New Times mentions Raffa as one of South Florida's best songwriters whose "beautifully sensitive ballads are about coincidences, friends, love -- all the sweet things in life ... usually prefaced with a kind of story-behind-the-song". Harris usually performs in the musical duo Raffa and Rainer who are local favorites in Brooklyn and Miami performing at such venues as Bear and Bird Gallery, Luna Star, Troubador Sessions at The Vagabond and Pete's Candy Store. Their CD is called "No Mercy".

Art Besser is from Rio de Janeiro -- the niche of the great Samba and Bossa Nova composers. Inspired by the great names of Brazilian Jazz, Samba and Pop music such as Jobim, Jorge Ben and Joao Bosco, Art began playing at the age of 11 and has since become a 'world' musician bringing Brazilian influences such as Bossa-Nova, Choro and Samba to a variety of contemporary music types. Besser continues to refine his taste for world music, creating blends and combinations of music through the development of his own style of playing and interpretation. Art currently performs in Brazil and the U.S.

Hula Hooping wonder, Whirl Wind (Jasmine Marquez) conducts hula-hooping workshops and demonstrates some of today's hula-hooping techniques. Whirl performs live with her beautiful, boutique, one-of-a kind hula hoops, that she designs and constructs by hand. Hooping with Whirl Wind has taken the art of Hula Hooping to a new level and makes you want to join in the fun by picking up that hula hoop again or discovering it for the first time (child friendly workshop).

DJ Variation Richard "Dj Variation" Cator's east coast flavor can be heard in his sets that mix all genres of music. Variation is known for taking his listeners on an adventurous ride with "original gems" from his eclectic music library. His love for music began in the late sixties where he was influenced by the musical styles of soul, funk, jazz, compas, latin, reggae, and soca music. In the 1990's, Cator launched "Bon-V" entertainment in Boston where he became a mixologist and from there it was on to Florida to work with such DJs as, Kid Capri. Variations continues to work with local artists and production teams including Miami House Movement and NRM and Friends, bringing his unique sound to venues in the U.S.
